It's recommended to drink this after your workout or whenever you feel like getting some instant energy. Take 200 to 250 ml of cold water, skimmed milk, or your preferred drink and mix 1 heaping scoop (35g approx) of Helix Active Whey Protein. Blend or shake for 40 to 60 seconds for best & tasty results.
